Fantastic, unbeatable location to most attractions that we visited. Nice design of interiors in deluxe suite.

The location next to a prominent theatre was perfect for a cozy winter stay.

Very new and fresh, nice interior decoration, well planned room layout, good location. Air condition! Quiet and discrete. Felt a bit like an oasis. Kitchenette was wonderful! Balcony nice.

Room cleaning needs to be more precise; wih such a new and fresh place it should be rather easy?!

When I am in Odesa, I like staying here. The hotel is stylish and overall clean, nestled in a really nice building with pleasant view over the town. It has both amiable and amicable staff. My venue is set in a very central location really close to shops and restaurants.

The rooms here are awesome - they come with all the modern stuff you need, have a spacious closet, and offer a cool view of the town 🌆 just like they promised!

The place is centrally located, near shops, lovely restaurants, and very close to the Opera, with helpful and available staff.

Great new hotel with a tasteful design. Very central location in the heart of Odessa, close to all major attractions. Nice receptionists with great English and very freindly. Would recommend it to anyone who likes comfort and style. And will return there myself!

Due to the facade repair it is not easy to find the hotel, but there is a taxi transfer from the airport (which waited for our delayed flight), which made it all easier.

it was in a good location very easy to get to places and the staff were excellant!

i think the only thing i did not like was it was not very well signposted but that was due to some restoration work that was going on and not really the hotels fault!

The location of Uno Design Hotel is particularly good and perfect, so close to all the shopping and beautiful restaurants, as well as the hustle and bustle of the nightlife there. the Odessa Museum of Western and Eastern Art is located within an easy walk from the accommodation.

Excellent staff. Very friendly, helpful, nice and their English is outstanding which is not usual for Ukraine. The Hotel is at a great location and everything is within a short walk. Rooms are very clean, spacious, modern ans stylish. I'd go there anytime.

The only issue with the Hotel is that one has to ring the hotel door bell to enter the hotel. There is a guard 24x7 who will open the door to the hotel but I don't want to ring someone when I want to get back into the hotel.

I liked the location, it was very well appointed with modern fixtures, etc.

I didn't like that when we arrived early in the morning, the person at the front desk said the room would be ready by noon for sure. We left and came back at noon and was told by the same person it would be another 20 minutes and it would be ready. We were kept waiting another 45 minutes. There were no toiletries in the room either because the maid was in such a hurry or they don't supply such things. Their free WiFi was more off, than on and was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. They did give me an ethernet cable and said they were "working" on this problem. The nice tv was useless to us because everything was in Russian and no tv channels came on when you turned on the tv. Overal, the hotel has promise, but there are many improvements that could be made to improve the guests experience.

The room was of a high standard and nice-looking with a big closet. There was plenty of fine meals available. - the hotel is conveniently located near the major tourist area and very close to the Opera.

The hotel is completely brand new and still should be corrected with some points. When we arrived at midnight, there was no second towel and no second sleepers, the reception didnt work, but the guard let us in with no rpoblem, as we announced late check in. The hotel is on the 2nd floor and with no elevator - old building (for those who have big bags). Nothing like a bar in the room and even no welcome water. We stayed for three days, only once the bed was cleaned. Booked.net and hotel information differs a bit and should yet be double checked, as the hotel is brand new. Transfers from/to the airport are organized but only from 10am till 5 pm and in our case we were given an answer of having no possibility to drive us to the airport as the driver was very booked.
